The Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC) held it's annual conference this year in Austin, Texas. This is the biggest conference of it's kind, attracting hospitality and technology vendors from all over the world. One of our partners, Libra OnDemand, was in attendance to showcase their CRM and Hospitality Management System Software.
We were lucky enough to sit down with Gregory Hopkins, the President and CEO. We talked with Gregory about the latest version of Libra OnDemand, what trends were prominent at the conference this year, and how CRM adoption has grown in the hospitality industry.
