First to develop an easy program to do routines and ingoings/outgoins via my iphone wins my business!!! It is needed – apparently there are a hundred out there and a hundred more on the horizon but there are none that appear user friendly, can work on an everyday device – or can sync to common programs such as console . . . .

Traditionally real estate has been more cutting edge than other fields. However, the property management business seems to lag behind since there is less money to be made in management as compared to real estate sales. At Solid Source Property Management, we tend to be ahead of the curve, but that is due to my background in technology. Houston shares some great concepts/applications and we look forward to find out more about them and how we can improve our productivity.
