The property management business is certainly booming and this seems like a great resource. With it getting harder to get financing to buy a home, many people in all income categories are finding renting or lease/options as their only alternatives. We are finding ourselves referring some of our Sellers to our property management operation to generate income with a property which has not realized a sale. tracking tenants, repairs, rent payments, etc. and providing good quality reports is critical.

Great work to take the headache out of determining what software will work best in each scenario.
